Privacy Policy

This policy covers the card games made by Studio3607 — Clear, Under or Take and Toss and Tally. It explains what these apps do with your information. It is short because they do very little with it.

The Studio3607 website, tools, and other apps are covered by the separate Studio3607 Privacy Policy.

If you choose to receive updates, the Studio3607 website opens a message in your own email application for you to send. There is no website sign-up server or mailing-list service. If you send that message, Studio3607 uses your email address only to tell you about new and updated games and tools. It is never sold or shared with third parties, and you can ask to stop receiving updates at any time.

We do not collect your personal information.

Our games have no accounts and no sign-in. They do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or other personal information.

Studio3607 does not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics or advertising services in these games.

What the games store, and where it stays.

Each game saves a small amount of information on your device so it works the way you left it. This may include display settings, preferences, play logs, and enough information about a game in progress to let you resume it.

None of this information is sent to Studio3607. We have no game server or account system and cannot see this locally stored information.

Your device or operating system may include app data in a device or cloud backup, such as an Android backup or iCloud backup. Those backups are controlled by you and the applicable platform provider, not Studio3607.

Deleting the app normally removes its locally stored information from the device, subject to any backup or restore features provided by your device or platform.

The games work offline.

The games do not need a network connection to play and do not transmit your game information to Studio3607.

The apps may have standard network capability because of how they are built: each game runs inside a local web view on your device. Studio3607 does not use that capability to transmit your personal information, game activity, or locally stored game data.

Your operating system, app store, or device services may independently communicate with Google, Apple, or other platform providers as part of installing, updating, backing up, securing, or operating your device. Those platform services are not operated by Studio3607.

Children.

Our games are not directed at children under 13. Studio3607 does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users through these games.

Open source components.

Our games include third-party open-source software. The full list, including applicable licenses, is available inside each app under About → Open Source Licenses.

The open-source components included by Studio3607 as part of the games operate locally and are not used by Studio3607 to collect or transmit personal information.

Changes to this policy.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date above.

Because the games are designed around local storage and no Studio3607 accounts, tracking, or collection of personal information, we do not expect frequent substantive changes.
